At ClayGrahamArt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
